WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team defeated Lee Thursday afternoon, 18-7.

 

The Mounties were lead by senior Sarah Stripp and eighth grader Emma Polumbo who scored four goals each.

 

Greylock held a 12-3 lead after the first half and came out in the first five minutes of the second half and added four more to the board.

 

Sophomore Sam MacWhinnie finished the game with four saves in the win.

 

Meryl Phair scored four goals for Lee (0-1).

 

Mount Greylock (3-0) hosts West Springfield on Saturday.
