WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Sarah Stripp scored four goals and collected five assists to lead the Mount Greylock girls lacrosse team to a 16-6 win over Hoosac Valley on Saturday.

 

Emma Polumbo, Lucy Barrett, Lauren Aliberti and Kristen Aliberti each scored twice for the Mounties, who got a comebined five-save effort from Sam MacWhinnie and Amy Gates.

 

Hoosac's Monica Vallieres stopped four shots.

 

Holly Cadran scored four goals for the Hurricanes, who also got tallies from Aubrey Rumbolt and Allie Mendel.

 

Hoosac (0-3) hosts Lee on Monday.

 

Mount Greylock (9-1) brings a four-game winning streak to Pittsfield on Monday.
