SHEFFIELD, Mass. — Mount Everett's Faith Angell struck out eight and allowed just one hit in a 15-0, five-inning win over Monument Mountain on Tuesday.

 

Gwendolyn Carpenter went 2-for-4 with a home run and a pair of RBIs, and Mackenzie Ullrich was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and two RBIs in a 16-hit Mount Everett attack.

 

Aubrey Blanchard had the lone hit for Monument Mountain (3-3), which goes to Hampshire on Friday.

 

Mount Everett (3-3) goes to Drury on Thursday.
