WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Aaron Blanchard scored twice and set up two goals Friday as the St. Mary’s boys soccer team earned a 4-3 win over McCann Tech.

 

The hosts rallied from a 3-0 deficit against the young Hornets.

 

“t’s tough to find the positive out of a negative result but I can see that these guys are taking steps towards being a better team and are improving every day,” McCann Tech coach John Bresett said.

 

Matt Bailey scored twice, and Nick LaForest set up a goal by Justin Chen for the Hornets.

 

Andrew Levesque stopped 10 shots for McCann Tech (2-6-1) goes to Pioneer Valley Christian on Wednesday.
