SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Michael Ullrich scored in the 60th minute to break a 2-2 tie and send the Mount Everett boys soccer team on to a 4-2 win over Hoosac Valley on Monday.
Ullrich converted an assist from Alek Zdziarksi for the game-winner.
Five minutes later, Ullrich added an insurance goal with an assist from Andrew Consolini.
The Eagles took a 2-1 lead into half-time after goals by Jacob TenBroeck and Jack Carpenter wrapped around Jacob Richardson’s goal for the Hurricanes.
Hoosac Valley tied it in the 54th minute with a goal by Evan Norcross.
Michael Devoti made four saves to earn the win in goal for Mount Everett.
Lucas Waterman made eight saves for Hoosac Valley (2-8-3), which hosts Lenox on Wednesday.
The Eagles (4-3-2) host Wahconah on Friday.
