SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- The McCann girls soccer team had five different players score in their shutout win over Commerce Tuesday afternoon.
Allie Gibeau opened up the scoring for McCann in the first half, and soon after a goal from Monique Matel she added another one.
McCann added two more goals in the first half from Cheyanne Alcombright and Abbi Lucynski, putting them ahead 5-0 going into the second half.
They finished the game 7-0; their final two goals coming from Martel and freshman Aimee Dowling.
McCann will be on the road Friday against Renaissance, who they fell to, 2-1, in the beginning of the season.
