MANCHESTER, Vt. -- Egan Schmitt scored six goals Saturday to lead the Burr & Burton Academy boys lacrosse team to a 17-5 win over Mount Greylock.

 

The Bulldogs (4-1) jumped on top with an 8-0 first quarter and never looked back.

 

Taylor Cummings scored twice, and Michael Wellspeak had a goal and two assists for Mount Greylock, which got seven saves from Cole Filson.

 

The Mounties (2-2) go to Lee on Tuesday.
