SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Izabela Tart went 3-for-4 with a double, and Rylynn Witek homered Wednesday as the Hoosac Valley softball team beat Springfield Central, 16-2, in five innings.

 

Witek earned the win in the circle, striking out 11 and allowing just one earned run on two hits.

 

Ella Bissallon and Gracelyn Wright each had three hits.

 

Hoosac Valley (11-4) hosts Ware on Thursday.
