PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Caesar Santos and Kyle McGrath each scored 19 points Monday to lead the Taconic boys basketball team to an 80-41 win over Westfield.

 

The Thunder took a 20-point lead into half-time and put the game away with a 32-point third quarter.

 

Santos dropped in two 3-pointers and scored 12 points in the third, which also saw McGrath score 10 points.

 

Nate Reynolds scored 13, and Martin Boua had eight points in the win.

 

Reniel Ramos scored 11 to lead the Bombers.

 

Taconic (2-0) goes to Minnechaug on Thursday.
