SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Kyle McGrath scored 28 points Friday to lead the Taconic boys basketball team to a 97-62 win over Springfield International Charter School.

 

Caesar Santos scored 20 and Martin Boua added 14 for Taconic, which put the game away with a 31-14 third quarter to take an 82-43 lead.

 

McGrath scored 14 points in that third quarter.

 

Evan Roccabruna and Quentin Christopher each scored eight for the Thunder.

 

Taconic (8-1) goes to Agawam on Tuesday.
