WESTFIELD, Mass. – Kyana Summers scored 12 points and made five steals Monday to lead the Pittsfield girls basketball team to a 47-21 win over Westfield.

 

Dezerea Powell scored nine points, and Bre’Jai Ellerbee and Caprese Conyers each scored eight for the Generals, who got seven points and five steals from Harolyn Castillo.

 

It was a 31-19 game going to the fourth quarter, when Conyers hit a pair of 3-pointers to help Pittsfield outscore its hosts, 14-2.

 

The Generals (8-0) host Chicopee on Thursday.
