PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Olivia Chrzan scored 28 points Monday to lead the Monson girls basketball team to a 40-38 win over Taconic.

 

Chrzan scored 10 in the fourth quarter, when the Mustangs outscored the Thunder, 16-13, to come from behind and earn the win.

 

Jaelynn Walker scored 14 points to lead Taconic.

 

Evaniece O'Neil and Evellyn Croce each scored 11 in the loss.

 

Taconic (4-10) goes to Monument Mountain on Tuesday.
