PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Harolyn Castillo Saturday scored 14 points to lead the Pittsfield girls basketball team to a 45-38 win over Wahconah.
Castillo grabbed four rebounds and passed out three assists in the win.
Kyana Summers had a team-high seven assists for the Generals, who improved to 10-0 and clinched a berth in the Division 3 State Tournament.
Dezerea Powell scored 13 points, and Madison Stetz had seven points and four rebounds in the win.
Madison McCarthy scored 13 for Wahconah, which got 12 points from Danielle Hagmaier.
Wahconah (5-5) hosts South Hadley on Monday.
Pittsfield goes to Minnechaug on Monday.
