CHESHIRE, Mass. – Ashlyn Lesure and Emma Meczywor each scored 13 points Wednesday to lead the Hoosac Valley girls basketball team to a 68-27 win over Granby in the semi-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class D Tournament.

 

Genevieve Lagess scored 11 points, and Reagan Shea and Isabella Tart added eight apiece in the win.

 

Top-seeded Hoosac Valley (17-3) moves on to Saturday’s championship game against No. 2 Monson, a 44-34 winner over Pioneer Valley Christian in the semi-finals.
