AMSTERDAM, N.Y. -- Harolyn Castillo had a double-double Sunday to lead the Pittsfield girls basketball team to a 65-64, overtime win over Western New York's Hornell in the Amsterdam Holiday Showcase Classic.

 

Castillo scored 24 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in the win.

 

Asia Smith-Moody scored 14 for the Generals, including 12 on 3-pointers.

 

Caprese Conyers had 12 points and passed out seven assists while stealing the ball four times.

 

Kyana Summers, who hit the shot that sent the game to overtime, finished with nine points, nine rebounds and seven assists.

 

Pittsfield (2-0) is back in Amsterdam on Monday to take on Niskayuna.
