Wahconah Boys Come Back to Beat Monument Mountain

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- The Wahconah boys soccer team Friday erased a half-time deficit to earn a 2-1 win over Monument Mountain.
 
After the Spartans’ David Flynn scored in the final minute of the first half to break a scoreless tie, Aiden Trager got the equalizer for Wahconah with an assist from Easton Eberwein in the 62nd minute.
 
Kevin Huban broke the tie nine minutes later on a feed from Donovan Keegan.
 
Jack Perenick made seven saves to earn the win in goal.
 
Mike Kohlkins had six stops for Monument Mountain (3-3), which goes to Lenox on Tuesday.
 
Wahconah (4--1) goes to Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
