MG was unlikely to not pull of at least a tie. MG controlled much of the play for long stretches with several point blank chances. Dan Flynn was robbed by a great stop by Dan Letendre two minutes into the game, and Eric Hirsch narrowly missed the game-tying goal with a shot just wide of the post only 10 seconds after the late WS goal.
