The Drury High School Class of 1961 will hold a luncheon reunion on Tuesday, October 14 beginning at Noon, at Mingo’s located in the Greylock Bowl and Golf at 41 Roberts Drive, North Adams. The Drury High School Band is holding its annual Gas Raffle fundraiser now through Nov. 4. The prizes are a $300, $200 and $100 gas cards, and tickets will be sold for $2 per ticket or three for $5. The drawing will be Nov. 5 and one need not be present to win. Band members and band parents will be canvassing local neighborhoods in the next few weeks, and will also be selling tickets the weekend of Oct. 18-19 at the Wal-Mart and Stop & Shop in North Adams.  All proceeds support band programs and scholarships.


North Adams Babe Ruth Annual Meeting: North Adams Babe Ruth provides summer baseball opportunities for young men ages 13-20 from Northern Berkshire County, including but not limited to, Adams, North Adams Williamstown, Lanesboro, Hancock, Clarksburg and Southern VT. New Members Needed:  The NABR Board is actively recruiting new members with children  playing in the 13-15 year old division to serve on the Board.
