Miles Arnspiger, 24, of Pittsfield admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding on single counts of burning a building and making a bomb threat causing serious public alarm.
He was released on personal recognizance pending sentencing on Oct. 9.
Arnspiger made a bomb threat and set fire to a building while working at Canyon Ranch on May 19, 2012 and August 9, 2012.
Wade Galli, 48, of North Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of knowingly possessing visual material of a child depicted in sexual conduct.
He was released on personal recognizance. Galli allegedly had images of child pornography in his possession on May 29, 2013.
Anthony Shepard, 24, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of receiving stolen property over $250.
He was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from an incident on April 9, 2013.
Michael Vickery, 23, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on five counts of breaking and entering in the daytime, two counts of receiving property over $250 and a single count of larceny of a firearm.
He was released on personal recognizance.
Vickey is accused of breaking into homes in Becket, Lanesborough and Richmond and was in possession of stolen property between February 18, 2013 and March 6, 2013.

Joseph Baker, 30, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of larceny from a person.
He was released on personal recognizance pending sentencing on Sept. 12.
Baker was involved in an unarmed robbery at Price Chopper in Pittsfield on August 11, 2012.
Shawn Tripodes, 19, of North Adams pleaded guilty to six counts of larceny of a motor vehicle, three counts of wanton destruction of property, three counts of larceny under $250, two counts of larceny of a credit card, two counts of receiving stolen property over $250, two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle in the nighttime and a single count of receiving stolen property under $250.
He was sentenced to serve concurrent two to four year sentences at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the charges of larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering a motor vehicle in the night time and receiving stolen property. He was given concurrent sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the others.
The charges stem from a series of incidents in North Adams, Adams, Cheshire and Florida between April 5, 2013 and April 15, 2013. A single count of common and notorious thief was dismissed by the state.
Douglas Starbird Jr., 27, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on four counts of receiving property over $250.
He was released on personal recognizance. Starbird was allegedly in possession of stolen property on April 9, 2013.
Brian Snow, 31, Otis had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on 12 counts of breaking and entering in he daytime with intent to commit a felony.
He was released on personal recognizance. Snow allegedly broke into homes in Otis and Sandisfield between January 2, 2013 and February 22, 2013.
Meghan Bartini, 30, of Lee had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on a single count of breaking and entering in the daytime.
She was released on personal recognizance. Bartini allegedly broke into a home in Otis on February 21, 2013.

Michael Agar, 61, of Ashley Falls had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on 10 counts of knowingly possession visual material of a child depicted in sexual conduct.
Agar was released on personal recognizance. He is accused of having images of child pornography in his possession on May 14, 2013.

Marcus James, 30, of Springfield pleaded guilty to a single count of trafficking in cocaine.
He was ordered to serve two to three years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. The incident occurred in Pittsfield on May 4, 2012.

Jake Sawtelle, 23, of Dalton had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two counts of larceny of a firearm and a single count of breaking and entering in the daytime.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,500 cash or $25,000 surety bail. Sawtelle allegedly broke into a home in Hinsdale on January 19, 2013 as well as allegedly taking firearms from breaks in Lanesborough on January 22, 2013 and February 25, 2013.
James Mullen, 22, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on four counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and a single count of breaking and entering a building in the daytime.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 cash or $250,000 surety bail. The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between March 23, 2013 and April 4, 2013.
Jason Gendron, 34, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on six counts of rape and abuse of a child aggravated by an age difference and four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100,000 cash or $1 million surety bail. The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between August 25, 2011 and March 1, 2013. The alleged victims are three girls ages 5, 7 and 14.

Jermaine Eurquhart, 41, of Pittsfield had a single count of conspiracy to violate drug laws to wit; distribution of cocaine continued without a finding for a year.
Eurquhart allegedly conspired with others to sell cocaine in Pittsfield on March 4, 2012.
Michael Bailey Jr., 23, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of distribution of cocaine, distribution of marijuana and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
He was ordered to serve nine months of an 18 month sentence to the Berkshire County House of Correction on all three counts. Bailey was also placed on one year probation. He sold cocaine and marijuana and conspired with others to sell marijuana in Pittsfield on December 1, 2011.

Charles Crisp, 31, of Adams pleaded guilty to two counts of receiving stolen property over $250.
Agostini ordered that he serve concurrent six month sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction. The charges stem from a house break in Cheshire on April 18, 2012.
Two counts of larceny of a firearm, two counts of illegal possession of a firearm and single counts of breaking and entering a building in the daytime and conspiracy were dismissed by the state.
