Cases heard before Judge Jeffrey Kinder on Thursday, May 28.
Gabriel Cordero, 34, of Holyoke had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute - his second offense - and motor vehicle light violation.
He was released on $15,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lenox on February 19, 2015.
Joshua Feliciano, 23, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
He was ordered to serve one year at the Berkshire County House of Correction. The charge stemmed from the execution of a search warrant on June 3, 2014.
Jennifer Reinholt, 41, of Lenox pleaded guilty to three counts of larceny under $250, and single counts of larceny over $250 - an ongoing and continuing offense - and larceny over $250.
As treasurer of the Morris Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization, Reinholt took approximately $17,000 between December 1, 2009 and September 30, 2014.
She was given suspended one-year sentences on the three counts of larceny under $250. She was placed on two-years probation, ordered to repay $16,676.26, and perform 50 hours of community service work. The other charges were continued without a finding.

Patrick Gigliotti, 20, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card.
He was ordered to serve 90 days of a one-year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the drug charge. He was placed on probation for one year. He was given a concurrent sentence on the weapons charge.
The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop and execution of a search warrant on June 3, 2014. A single count of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed by the state.
John Sacco, 47, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of dissemination of visual material of a child in the state of nudity, and knowingly possessing visual material of a child depicted in sexual conduct.
He was sentenced to two years probation. The incidents occurred in Pittsfield between January 1, 2014 and January 15, 2014.

Carlton Harley Jr., 43, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense - possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, assault by means of a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a family member, and illegal possession of a firearm.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on April 25, 2015.
Timothy Lewis, 38, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense - drug violation in a school zone, breaking and entering in the daytime, intimidation of a witness, assault and battery on a pregnant person, and resisting arrest.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 bail. The charges stem from a domestic dispute in Pittsfield on May 4, 2015.
