Suzanne Sarnoff, 80
SANDISFIELD, Mass. — Suzanne Sarnoff, 80, of South Beech Plain Road died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, at home.Born in New York City on Feb. 27, 1928, she was the daughter of Ezekiel L. and Fannie Faulb Fiscbach. She lived in New York for many years before moving to Sandisfield in 1973.
She and her husband, Irving Sarnoff, would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on Nov. 28.
Besides her husband, she leaves her son, David Sarnoff and his wife, Pepper, of Charleston, S.C.; a daughter, Sara Palmer and her husband, Jeffrey, of Baltimore; a sister, Alice Sarafan, and four grandchildren, Joshua Palmer of Pasadena, Calif., Noah Palmer of New York City, and Ayla Sarnoff and Kia Sarnoff of Charleston.
Her brother, Jacob "Buddy" Fischbach, predeceased her.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Services celebrating the life of Suzanne Sarnoff will be held Sunday, Oct. 26, at noon at Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home in Great Barrington. Burial will follow at the Sandisfield Center Cemetery.
