Mary Johnson, 73
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Mary Johnson, 73, of Newport, N.C., passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at her home.
Mary worked as a nurse’s aide and caregiver all of her life. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service for Mary will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Southview Cemetery in North Adams, Mass.
Mary is survived by her loving companion of 25 years, Joseph Dicorsi; two daughters, Mary Rose of Pittsfield, Mass., and Tina McFee of Holden, Mass.; two brothers Henry Harrington of Williamstown, Mass., and John Harrington of North Adams, Mass.; four sisters, Kathy Raney, Sally Harrington, Pat Bessette and Gloria Rose, all of North Adams; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sons Allen Johnson and Leroy Johnson; half-brother Howard O'Neil; and sisters Franny Saliba and Rose Marie Harrington.
The family will receive friends following the service. Arrangements are by Munden Funeral Home & Crematory, Morehead City, N.C.
