Charmaine Bradley, 77

ADAMS, Mass. — Charmaine "Sherry" (Duda) Bradley, 77, of Adams died on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at North Adams Commons.

She was born in Adams on April 13, 1941, daughter of the late Francis and Ophelia (Cichy) Duda. She attended schools in Adams. Mrs. Bradley last worked for Crane Paper Company until retiring. She was a lifetime member of the Adams Turners.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed bowling in her younger years, gambling and playing pitch. She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and a Seattle Seahawks football fan.

She is survived by her longtime loving companion, Joseph Biros, with whom she made her home; two sons, Andrew Briggs Sr. of North Adams and Billy W. Bradley Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Rhonda Trangsrud and her husband Dean of Tucson, Ariz., and Stephanie Gigliotti of Adams; seven grandchildren, Andrew Briggs Jr., Corey Briggs, Brittany Briggs, Dylan Gigliotti, Vincent Bradley, Natalie Bradley and Brendon Bradley; and two great-grandchildren, Alexander Briggs and Jasper LaValla-Briggs.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Francine Briggs; and by a brother Francis Duda Jr.

The family would like to thank the Hospice nurses, Stephanie and Brenda for their wonderful and compassionate care.

Funeral notice: The funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 10, at 10 a.m. in the Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery, Adams.
