Carole J. Campedelli, 68
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Carole Jean Campedelli, 68, of 115 Phelps Ave. died Monday, May 13, 2013, at North Adams Regional Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Born in North Adams on Dec. 3, 1944, daughter of Richard and Josephine Bushika Campedelli, she attended North Adams schools and graduated from Drury High School.
Ms. Campedelli was a longtime volunteer at North Adams Regional Hospital.
She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. She loved music, especially listening to Elvis Presley, enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved family get-togethers and will be greatly missed.
She leaves her sister, Barbara "Honey" Lewis and her husband, Larry, of North Adams; her sister-in-law, Patricia Baker Campedelli of North Adams; nieces and nephews Michael Lewis and his wife, Nancy, Jill Laurello and her husband, RJ, and Richard Campedelli, all of North Adams, Richard Lewis of Raleigh, N.C., and Joseph Campedelli and his wife, Annie, of New York City; grandnieces and grandnephews Nicole Rondeau and her husband, Gary, Sarah Hurlbut and her husband, Kyle, Jacob Laurello and Joseph Peter "JP" Campedelli; her great-great-grandnieces and nephews Gary Rondeau Jr., Ella Rondeau and Dakota Hurlbut, and aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Campedelli, and her grandnephew Ryan Laurello.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Ms. Campedelli will be Monday, May 20, at 10:15 a.m. from Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Sunday, May 19, from 1 to 3 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation in care of the funeral home.
