Judith M. Pedercini, 75

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. Judith M. Pedercini, 75, of 40 Gunther St. died Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.

Born in North Adams on May 27, 1938, a daughter of George and Louise LePage Lewis, she graduated from Drury High School in 1956.

Mrs. Pedercini was employed as an executive secretary for 40 years at the former Sprague Electric Co., retiring in 1996.

She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, now All Saints, and of the Sprague Electric Quarter Century Club. She was a avid Boston Red Sox fan. She was a 50-year survivor of the Joslin Diabetes Clinic.

She and her husband, Anthony G. Pedercini, were married Aug. 12, 1961, at St. John's Church.

Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Kimberly Sacco of Bennington, Vt., and Deborah Pedercini of North Adams; three brothers, Robert Lewis, Harry Lewis and Charles Lewis, all of Cheshire; and five grandchildren, Matthew Sacco, Stephanie Sacco, Nicholas Leveque, Morgan Leveque and Tessa Leveque.

Her brother Ted Lewis died in 1955.

FUNERAL NOTICE Private graveside services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Pedercini will take place at the family plot in Southview Cemetery in the spring. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donation are suggested to the Joslin Diabetes Center through Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 01247.
