Valerie L. Rodriguez, 68
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Valerie Lois Rodriguez, 68, of 341 Walnut St. died Monday, June 30, 2014, at her home.
Born in North Adams on Nov. 30, 1945, daughter of Russell and Lucille Riel Bullett, she attended local schools including the Drury High School.
Mrs. Rodriquez was last employed by North Adams Regional Hospital for about 10 years until her retirement.
She was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Her husband, Mario A. Rodriguez, whom she married on Feb. 29, 1964, died on Feb. 11, 2010.
She leaves a son, Antonio Rodriguez and his wife, Christine, of Adams; a daughter, Aimee Raifstanger and her husband, Kristopher, of Sandisfield; a brother, Russell Bullett of Williamstown; five grandchildren including Samantha Rodriguez, Adam Rodriguez, Keegan Dargie, Mercedes Raifstanger and Kasen Raifstanger, and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter Deborah Dargie and her sister, Michele Benoit.
