Ronald H. Wood, 68

CLARKSBURG, Mass. — Ronald Henry Wood, 68, of 654 River Road died Sunday, June 7, 2015, at his home.
Born in North Adams on Dec. 8, 1946, son of Ralph Wood Sr. and Aurore Rachael Lavigne Wood, he attended local schools.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Wood was last employed by the US Postal Service in Springfield. Before that, he worked at the former General Electric Co. in Pittsfield.
He enjoyed watching football, especially the Indianapolis Colts.
He leaves two daughters, Colleen A. Johnson and her husband, Daniel, of North Adams and Carin R. DeGrenier and her husband, Chad, of Clarksburg; his brother, Ralph Wood Jr. and his wife, Laurie of Cheshire; six grandchildren, Brianna, Evan and Audrey Johnson, Jordan Rennell and her husband, Aaron, and Lyndsey and Allison DeGrenier; a great-grandson, Mason Rennell; two nephews, Michael and Joseph Wood; his stepmother, Kay Wood of Adams, and cousins, including Jacqueline Armstrong and Bernard Garand who were extremely important to him.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mr. Wood will be celebrated Friday, June 12, at 11 from St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery in Williamstown.
Calling hours will be Friday morning from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Memorial donations may be made to HospiceCare of the Berkshires in care of the funeral home.
