Sandra J. Daub, 67
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Sandra Jean Daub, 67, of 44 Yale St. died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at North Adams Regional Hospital, where she was taken after being stricken earlier at home.
Born in Adams on May 9, 1944, daughter of Rachel DeBlois Champney of Williamstown and the late Clifford Champney, she attended North Adams schools and graduated from Drury High School.
Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Daub worked at North Adams Regional Hospital in her younger years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church and enjoyed camping.
Besides her mother, she leaves her husband, Leon R. Daub, whom she married on July 3, 1965, in the former Notre Dame Church; two daughters, Audrey R. Morin of the town of Florida and Melissa D. Puccio of Lafayette, Colo.; a son, Scott Daub of North Adams; three brothers, Mark Champney of of the town of Florida, Michael Champney of North Adams and Ronald Champney of Haughton, La.; three grandchildren, McKenna Puccio, Camryn Puccio and Garrett Morin, and neices and nephews.
Her brother Allen Champney is deceased.
FUNERAL NOTICE - Services for Mrs. Daub will be private and there will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery. Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, is in charge of arrangements.
