Senior Commercial Lender Joins Legacy Banks - October 18, 2007
 | | Timothy Wade as Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer | Legacy Banks has welcomed Timothy Wade as Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer, according to an announcement by President and Chief Operating Officer Michael A. Christopher. Wade brings to Legacy over 20 years of financial services experience, previously working with institutions such as Key Bank, The Chase Manhattan Bank and M&T Bank. Most recently, he was the founding president of Priority Financial Services, a management consulting company specializing in loan brokerage services and health care consulting.
In his new capacity at Legacy Banks, Wade will oversee the Commercial Group’s lending team. Among his primary responsibilities will be to build upon current customer relationships while securing new clients for Legacy Banks from within the business community. Christopher commented on Wade’s vast business banking experience saying, “He has the skills to effectively convey Legacy’s commitment to serving the financial needs of businesses.” “We look forward to having Tim on board to help us build our commercial customer base both in Berkshire County and in the Capital District of New York,” Christopher added.
Wade holds an M.B.A., and a B.A. from Union College. He has been recognized with numerous awards and honors for both professional and civic achievements. Currently serving on the Board of Union College’s Annual Business Campaign, he has also been active with The American Red Cross, the Ellis Hospital Foundation, MVP Healthcare, the YMCA, the Epilepsy Foundation, and many others. Wade resides in Scotia, New York with his wife and four children. |
