Public Invited to Honor North Adams Veterans This Sunday

The city of North Adams will honor those who served in all American wars on Veteran’s Day, this Sunday, November 11th with a parade and ceremony. The parade will start from the American Legion home at 10:30 AM; move north on American Legion Drive and east (traveling along the south lane) on Main Street, then north on Eagle Street to the Veterans Memorial where the ceremony will take place.

Coffee and doughnuts will be available for parade participants at 9:30 at the Legion Home. All participants are requested to be at the American Legion parking lot by 10:00 AM for the parade. Any veterans are invited to participate in the parade and ceremony, and don’t have to be a member of any organization.
