BCC to Hold Annual Alumni Phonathon

- November 06, 2007

Berkshire Community College will hold its annual alumni phonathon Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening, Nov. 13-15, from 5:30 to 8. BCC alumni, students and staff will be calling BCC alums asking for their financial support of the college’s Annual Fund Campaign.

Funds raised from the phonathon will be used for updating classrooms with state-of–the-art-equipment, emergency financial aid for students in need, and faculty/student initiatives.

“Proceeds from the phonathon will help more students attend college, and provide all students with better learning environments and broader educational experiences,” said Jeff Doscher, BCC’s dean of institutional advancement. “I hope,” he added, “that alumni of BCC will support today’s students by making a generous contribution when called.”

For more information, contact Angela Rawson, director of development, at 413-236-2187.
