Bounti-Fare Restaurant

- November 21, 2007

200 Howland Ave.
Route 8
Adams, MA
Phone: 413-743-0193

For decades, the Bounti-Fare Restaurant, located in the beautiful Berkshires, has served as the place for both residents and visitors alike to experience quality dining, great times and fabulous drink.

We’re known for our homemade French onion soup, made with tender, sautéed white onions simmered in a rich beef stock. The whole is topped with a toasted garlic crouton underneath plenty of bubbling Provolone cheese. Or try our award-winning seafood chowder with tender clams, clam broth, white fish, snow crab, red bliss potatoes, celery, carrots and hickory smoked bacon, all simmered in cream and spices. Our chowder was voted best in Northern Berkshire.

Bounti-Fare is also famous for its all you can eat salad bar - included with all diners. Fresh salad greens are accompanied by an assortment of crisp vegetables, deli salads and, of course, tender peel-and-eat shrimp.

Our extensive menu offers a delightful range of seafood, including scampi sauce made with lots of fresh garlic, virgin olive oil, lemon juice and a touch of white wine, offered over lobster meat, scallops or shrimp. Try our grilled Bourbon Chicken, a boneless chicken breast fire grilled with bell peppers and onions; finished with our Sweet Bourbon Sauce.

Our barnyard menu offers flamed-broiled center cut New York strip, prime rib - in 12, 16 or Sicilian 20-ounce cuts - and don’t leave out our Italian lasagna with lean ground beef and sausage layered over pasta sheets with fresh ricotta, Colby jack, provolone and Parmesan cheeses, all baked in marinara sauce.

Looking for something casual? Check out our pub menu for offerings like our open-faced prime rib sandwich, or fish and chips - fresh scrod in deep fried in a seasoned batter and served with tarter sauce and french fries. Please don’t leave out desert like New York cheese cake or Hot Brownie Sunday.
