Traditions, Transitions Topic of Melbourne Talk - November 25, 2007
PITTSFIELD - Epoch Assisted Living at Melbourne, 140 Melbourne Road, will host Joan Nimmo in a discussion about "Holidays, Traditions and Transitions" on Monday, Dec. 3, at 6:45 p.m.
Nimmo will talk about how traditions change through life transitions, and how new traditions are created.
Nimmo is a licensed clinical social worker and a private geriatric care manager in the Berkshires, working with seniors and their families to help them achieve the best possible quality of life in the least restrictive environment. She also is a certified Alzheimer's caregiver trainer and works closely with the local HospiceCare in the Berkshires.
