Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) Training - February 01, 2008
Berkshire AHEC and the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a training on the Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) on Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Crowne Plaza.
The training is for staff of agencies that are certified to request CORI information for non-criminal justice purposes. Massachusetts Criminal Systems History Board staff will provide information about CORI from A to Z including an introduction of the CORI Board, CORI certification process, CORI request process, review of a sample criminal record and the types of dispositions found on a record, web-based CORI application.
The CORI Board does not charge for their training. However, there is a $12 fee to attend the training to cover the cost of the venue and a mini-continental buffet. Advanced registration and payment are required as registration is limited. To register, please contact Berkshire AHEC at 447-2417. |
