Open House Set for New BMC Imaging Center - March 17, 2008
PITTSFIELD - Berkshire Medical Center will hold an open house for its new Outpatient Imaging and Testing Center at 610 North St.
The open house will be held on Tuesday, March 25, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served and visitors will be able to walk through the new state-of-the-art center. Staff from the advanced imaging department and presurgical assessment team will be on hand to greet visitors.
The center provides diagnostic X-ray, ultrasound, high-speed computed topography (CT) scans, bone density testing, nuclear medicine testing and pre-surgical assessment services.
The renovated location features the latest imaging technology and is electronically integrated with BMC's electronic medical record system, which allows the patient's physician easy access to testing results.
