New Pittsfield Location Opens

The Massachusetts Fair Housing Center (MFHC), based out of Holyoke, has opened its new Pittsfield office located at 314 Columbus Avenue. The MFHC is a private, non-profit fair housing organization working to eliminate illegal housing discrimination in Central and Western Massachusetts.

MFHC’s mission is to enforce and defend human and civil rights and promote fair housing practices through education, research, and the dissemination of information. MFHC works to educate tenants, landlords, and community groups on fair housing and fair lending practices and provides legal advice and advocacy to clients who have experienced housing discrimination.

Office hours for the Pittsfield office are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10am to 3pm or by appointment by calling 413-442-9671 or 1-800-675-7309.
