More Snow
The Berkshires received several inches of snow this morning, but not enough to close schools, unlike yesterday's sleety mess. Temperatures will drop into the 20s this afternoon. A few more snow showers are expected through the weekend.
We have reports that the roads are very slippery to take care in the evening commute. |

Pittsfield Toastmasters Will Be Moving Its Meetings - May 27, 2008
Pittsfield - On June 10th, The Last Word Toastmasters Club of Pittsfield will be changing its meeting site from Morningside School to Berkshire Medical Center. Additional dates for the summer schedule include July 8, July 22 and August 12.
Meetings will resume at Morningside School in September.
Toastmasters International is a not-for-profit public speaking club for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills or who wishes to overcome a fear of public speaking, whether it is for personal or professional development. Individuals who are interested in learning to speak effectively in public learn through impromptu speaking, and preparation and delivery of prepared speeches in a supportive environment, working at your own pace.
Summer Schedule: The Last Word Toastmasters Club meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at Berkshire Medical Center, MA from 6:30 – 8 PM. Guests are welcome to visit any meeting at no charge.
