Girl Scout Camporee - June 02, 2008

Girl Scouts of Central & Western Massachusetts (GSCWM), Service Unite One, held their yearly Camporee at Camp Marion White, in Richmond MA, this past weekend from May 31-June 1, 2008.
Color Guard |
Girl Scouts of all ages joined together for a fun filled weekend despite the weather. Saturday's events started off with the traditional Opening Ceremony taking place on the Flag Field.
Raising the Flag |
The girls then enjoyed several activities during the day, like Water Snoopers, Canoeing, Swimming, and Games. 
SWAPS |
Saturdays activities ended with a the Girl Scout tradition of trading SWAPS,which is, something with a pin, as a remembrance of the event.
