Legacy Banks’ Lenox Office to Host Mortgage Pre-Qualification Night - June 13, 2008
PITTSFIELD – Legacy Banks will host a free Mortgage Pre-Qualification Program in Lenox for those interested in learning what type of home they can afford to purchase. Part of Legacy’s Monthly Pre-Qualification Series, the session will be held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, June 25 at Legacy Banks, 25 Main Street, Lenox.
Those who qualify will leave with a pre-qualification certificate and a coupon for $250 off closing costs. Attendees should bring a current pay stub and most recent tax return. Self-employed individuals should bring two years of tax returns. Mortgage officers will be on hand to meet one-on-one with individuals or families to determine the amount of a mortgage for which they will be pre-qualified, barring any changes in their financial status.
Home Equity applications and information will also be available. Anyone interested in attending, should call 413-445-3437 or 800-292-6634 for an appointment, although walk-ins will be accommodated. |
