- July 14, 2008

PITTSFIELD – The Pittsfield Garden Tour will participate in this month’s Third Thursday July 17 with its annual Birdhouse Spectacular and Artists Reception, which will feature both a silent and live auction of 48 beautiful handmade birdhouses designed by area artists.

In addition to Birdhouses, a variety of gardening-related and other valuable items will be available for silent auction. Attendants will also have the opportunity to meet the Birdhouses artists.

The 12th Annual Pittsfield Garden Tour will take place July 19 and 20. Tickets are still available at:

* Dr. Lahey’s Garden, 1032 South Street, Pittsfield
