More Snow
The Berkshires received several inches of snow this morning, but not enough to close schools, unlike yesterday's sleety mess. Temperatures will drop into the 20s this afternoon. A few more snow showers are expected through the weekend.
We have reports that the roads are very slippery to take care in the evening commute. |

 Wanted: Eagle Eyes MassWildlife's annual eagle count runs Dec. 31 to Jan. 14. Anyone sighting one of the regal birds in Massachusetts is asked to participate.

Mill City Productions announces September play reading - September 16, 2008
North Adams - Mill City Productions, a North Adams based community theatre is pleased to announce “Beyond Therapy” by Christopher Durang as the September selection for their monthly play reading series.
The dramatic reading will be held on Thursday, September 25th at 7pm at Mill City’s home in Building 4 (next to the Visitor’s Center) in the Western Gateway Heritage State Park in North Adams. Please park in either the Northeast lot (near NBCTC) or in the Son’s of Italy lot.
Admission is $3. Tickets will be available at the door. The reading will be directed by Marissa Carlson and features Mike Grogan, Tim Mangun, Brooke Mead, Kelli Newby, George Ruberti and Chad Therrien. 'Beyond Therapy' is not appropriate for children under 12 due to language.
Durang's 'Beyond Therapy' is a farce which focuses on Prudence and Bruce, two Manhattanites who are seeking stable romantic relationships with the help of their psychiatrists, each of whom suggests the patient place a personal ad.
