Robert Campanile will examine the last voyage of Christopher Columbus - October 01, 2008
On Wednesday October 8th 7:00pm at the Milne Library in Williamstown, take an adventure with historian and lecturer Robert Campanile. He will examine the last voyage of Christopher Columbus. If most people knew Columbus by this final journey, we may not have a holiday for him at all.
It is often called the forgotten voyage and for good reason. While he thought it was his greatest of all ventures, it was also the most difficult. This slide lecture will take us on board and accompany the final epic adventure that will define the Christopher Columbus of history rather than myth.
