GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass – Group Strength Training for Teens is a six week program beginning November 3rd that aims to have participants gain knowledge of proper weightlifting techniques in order to stay safe within a gym setting and maximize the outcome of their fitness routine. The program also allows a chance for participant to socialize with friends and others with similar fitness interests.
It is all about leading a healthy lifestyle and gaining self-confidence. The program will meet twice a week Mondays and Wednesday with young men training from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and young women training from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
