Lecture to Focus on Mental Illness01:32PM / Thursday, November 06, 2008
GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass - The monthly lecture series at Berkshire South continues this month on November 19 at 7:00 pm, with “In Our Own Voice”; a sharing of experiences and support for those living with mental illness.

Recovery is the point in someone’s illness in which the illness is no longer the first and foremost part of his or her life, and ultimately about attitude and making the effort. Diagnosed in 1986, Alexander has become an advocate through out the state to campaign for better treatment for people living with mental illness.
