Legacy Banks to Hold Free Renter’s Workshop10:40AM / Monday, November 10, 2008
LEE, Mass – Legacy Banks will hold a free workshop geared toward renters who would like to work toward purchasing a home. The program will take place on Wednesday, November 19 from 5-7 p.m. at the Legacy Banks Lee Office at 76 Park Street. The round-table discussion formatted workshop will walk participants through all the steps involved in purchasing home.
Legacy Banks Mortgage Specialist Dale Carlson will facilitate the program and begin by explaining how home-seekers can understand what type of home they can afford. Others who will offer input include Susan Calkins, a realtor from Century 21 Franklin Street; Home Inspector Drew Finn; Attorney Roscoe Sandlin; and Mike Diaz from Wheeler & Taylor Insurance Agency. Additionally a Spanish-speaking interpreter will be available for anyone who may need this service.
Those who attend will leave with valuable home-related coupons including, $200 off mortgage closings costs, $200 toward a home inspection, $50 toward a Radon Monitor Test, $125 toward Real Estate Attorney Fees, and a chance to win a $100 gift card. The program is free and open to all, and refreshments will be provided. Those who would like to attend should reserve a space by calling 413-445-3507. |
