Annual Tree Of Lights Ceremony To Be Held At BMC03:47PM / Wednesday, November 12, 2008
PITTSFIELD, Mass - The Volunteer Services Department at Berkshire Medical Center will hold the annual Tree of Lights ceremony and celebration on Wednesday, December 10th at 6:00 pm in the hospital's main lobby. The lights on the Tree of Lights represent friends, family and loved ones, living or deceased.
Individuals can purchase an "honoree star" for a $5 donation. The names of the honorees will be placed on a star, to be displayed on the Art Wall at BMC during the month of December.
The Tree of Lights celebration will feature music by the Grace Notes from Miss Hall's School and the Sweet Adelines, and refreshments will be served. Anyone interested in purchasing an honoree star can pick up a form at the BMC Information Desk in the main lobby or can call the Volunteer Office at 413-884-5426 or 413-447-2776. |
