PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The Berkshire Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a special open house for volunteers and prospective members at their headquarters located on 75 North Street, Suite 360 in Pittsfield, on Thursday, January 15, 2009. Networking and volunteer information will be available from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.
There is no cost to attend the open house.
Attendees will meet the staff and learn more about the many volunteer opportunities offered through the Chamber. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be provided courtesy of On A Roll Café in Pittsfield. Chamber volunteers not only help to advance the business community here in the Berkshires, but will also make contacts with like-minded business professionals, gain valuable leadership experiences and receive increased visibility for their organization.
Businesses that are not part of the largest business-support organization in the Berkshires are also invited to attend the open house to learn more about the many benefits of Chamber membership.
