Infants and Young Children Information Seminar Planned

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Williamstown Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and the Rotary Club of Williamstown are cosponsoring a special informational seminar, “Infants & Young Children,” on Thursday, January 29th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Williamstown Commons, 25 Adams Road, Williamstown.
The event will begin with food and refreshments and the Williamstown Police Department will be providing identification finger printing for children from 6:00 to 6:30. At 6:30 p.m., pediatrician Dr. Thomas Hyde will offer a presentation on “The Importance of Well Care and Immunizations for Children.” At 7:00 p.m., the Berkshire Humane Society’s Diane Briggs will speak about “Pets and Children.” At 7:30 p.m., Williamstown Commons Quality Manager Louise Deragon, RN, BC, will perform a demonstration on the proper technique for CPR on infants and young children.
