The sun was shining brightly on Friday morning as workers hoisted roof joists into place on the new 2,000-square-foot addition to the North Adams Ambulance Service building on Harris Street. The project was approved in July and is about halfway through its 90-day construction. The contractor is Moresi & Associates of North Adams.
