RICHMOND, Mass. - Town officials announced that Trick or Treat within the Town will be Saturday October 31st between the hours of 5PM and 7PM.
So that everyone remains safe and has fun, Town Officials urge that motorists be watchful for children walking in the streets. For those that will be trick or treating town officials urge that small children be accompanied by adult and that every child should carry a flashlight or glow stick.
In addition, only visit familiar houses and treats should be inspected by an adult prior to being eaten.
